I don't think so. FindJava.cmake finds java, javac, javah, javadoc, and jar if 
those executables are in the $PATH. My trick works the same. It figures out 
JAVA_HOME by searching the java executable in the $PATH and doing some tricks 
afterwards. Thus, I think it would be senseless to set JAVA_HOME before 
executing FindJava.cmake.

I hope I find some times to test my changes on windows beginning of next week.
