Hello Albert, I've seen a film by or about the late Robert Frank containing a scene where he drills a hole through a hefty stack of photographic prints. My memory is that the audience was audibly shaken at the destruction while I thought it was kind of a bullshit move. With all due respect, Robert Frank, I hope you paid your printer, let's talk after you've drilled a hole through your *negatives*.
It's possible that the film I'm remembering was "True Story". https://www.mfah.org/films/robert-frank-collection/ Eric P.S. The last entry on that MFAH page is "Harry Smith at the Breslin Hotel 1984", finished 2017; have any Frameworkers seen that?
