I did a second test with a more tech savy person, still a blank body using the wireless sync and the default Palm mail client that is simply called "Mail":

I don't have the device in front of me, but she is not the only user to complain that they were only getting the subject when mail was sent from the Imail webclient. She was the only one that I tested with technical preview though. They were able the read the full message on the Treo with no problems. How is your user reading mail from the Treo?
