Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse here, but you do need to restart the queue manager after manually editing the domain blacklist file. Not only is it in the antispam.zip documentation, but I've tried it by adding asdfjkl.com to url-domain-bl.txt then sending myself an email containing that link. It will go thru 'til queue manager is restarted.
As mentioned a couple of times in this thread, the batch file is an easy way to go. Just paste the below text into notepad and save it as restartq.bat or something... @echo off net stop "IMail Queue Manager Service" net start "IMail Queue Manager Service" that works just fine. --- "E.
