I am not clear on how this is happening but several times since installing 8.13 the webmail process seems to be clawing up all available cpu.
When this happens most other service connections start failing (like SMTP, POP3 and IMAP). Control Panel services stop and start (and that takes a while) fixes it. For how long I have not yet figured it out. This is new only since 8.13 upgrade - very stable previously. Thanks for any ideas or feedback.
