I was about to say announcements for bike maintenance clinics, for women hopefully.
Men address problems differently and behave differently when problem solving in an all male setting. Having taught those clinics I can say that an audience of all women, they get the key points better, faster, with quicker comprehension than in mixed clinics. That same difference creeps into service departments and interpretation of issues in need of repair unfortunately (I see the same in diagnostic approach at work and am stunned that such gender related approaches got through all the classroom training, clinical experience and practice).
