I agree with Roberta and Joe about calling the LBS on it. And I know, dear 
Bicycle Belle that you won't be a harpy .. You are too articulate and kind 
to be like that. And the BBITW would blush with shame..I am sure the LBS 
will do the right thing.by you as I'm sure you are a good customer. they 
would be sorry to lose. It's a crazy time for bike shops in spring
