by the way, your log file is huge, 167Mb, it does contain output of
"just" 9 tries to build the package,
so 15Mb per try, whereas  on my OSX 10.4 this log is 100K.
You have a hell of a lot of warnings there (I'd read each of them as
"upgrade your OS" :-))
