No, Duronto Express trains do not offer concessions to physically

but, Garib Rath Express trains reserve two lower and two upper berths for
people with disabilities (PWDs) on a first-come, first-served basis.
However, PWDs must have to pay the full fare for this facility.
I think Doranto and Garibrath also don't provide any concession for blind
passengers.
