Sharon, God bless you for taking in Pepper. I keep my cats (all 7 of them) in
the house 100% of the time. My little Chihuahuas, Pug, Chug and Chihuahua
mixes (all 7 of them) stay inside 90% of the time. I do have a huge yard which
the dogs can go into because it is 5’ chain link fenced.

We had a Chihuahua show up in the dark Friday night - we live where everyone
has 5 acres and he doesn't belong to anyone around here so he was
apparently dumped (we have three other dogs and two of them were dumped
too!) This little guy is very sweet, deer head type it seems, wonderful

any advice to offer...but, it sounds like a guardian angel led this little guy

I adopted a heart worm positive long haired dachshund a year ago in August. Do
not allow him to be active. From what I understood, activity could allow the
heartworms to dislodge and cause death. So keep him quiet, as much as you can.

No, but she seems to be doing fine now. Got the hair trimmed back from the
wound and put an antibiotic on it. I even managed not to get bitten, tho it

Yes, Canyon Creek products come from China. I had to dump the Canyon
Creek yams that Emiliano loved because they came from China. I fond Sweet
Tater Fries, all natural, made in the USA at a local pet store.
