Thank you very much for your interest.
I will now create SIG wiki page(and let you know to add yourself there), IRC
channel(#fedora-golang, making it official). I believe we can use
gol...@lists.fedoraproject.org as the mailing list. And as it has been
suggested to the container SIG I will

Hello,
it seems that lately there has been more people maintaining Go package in the
Fedora. I would like to propose to join up and form Go SIG so we could better

Hello,
I have updated golang to version go1.7.1 in el6. As there were several
outstanding issues with the old version(and it is no longer supported by
upstream) and go1.7 brings several improvements(see
https://tip.golang.org/doc/go1.7). It is now submitted as update in bodhi(no

Hello,
as gcc5 is in Fedora22+ it is possible to build docker and its BRs using
gcc-go with small changes to the spec files. Not only on x86_64, but also on
ppc64le, even on s390x(sharkcz tried) and ppc64. It crashes/hangs sometimes(I'm
looking in to it) but works on x86_64 and ppc64(le)
As my work usually is around fixing packages which failed to build on
AArch64 I spend lot of time with Koji.
Today I started writing script which has to list all current FTBFS
entries from selected Koji instance - kind like [1] does but with few
extras:
- no packages which got built
