Hi folks,
I've just been watching this list quietly (and the other one I'm
interested in, Education). I'm a newbie to Wikipedia and this
conversation in general.
But I have an idea - what about a list of problem pages (in terms of
gender content) for women to go to and edit. Especially

Bear in mind though that there is also a half-way house solution, whereby
contributors would identify to the Foundation, but remain at liberty to use
a pseudonymous user name.
Identification might then be a prerequisite for certain community roles (as
indeed it is today).
Karina, you might want to start here, there might be other more recent
pages, the Teahouse is also a good place to get advice and get started.

Hi Karina! Yes, WikiProject Women Scientists keeps a list of women
scientists without articles. We also have a box on our main page that shows
the quality of articles - they're quite poor so almost anywhere is a good
place to start. I'm so glad to see you're interested! Feel free to send me

Please suggest a revised wording that you feel would be clearer. Then we

One of the things I talked to one of the female admins about is figuring
out how to better support them in the stuff they have to deal with, and
it's on my radar. That's just an FYI.

On Thu,
Actually, it's total gobbledygook.
But can you confirm that what you take it to mean is that quite simply
consent is required if the photo is taken in a private place with an
expectation of privacy?

I'm glad to hear that Gayle.
But please remember - female admins get it bad, but, the attention I got,
wasn't upped when I became an admin. Yes, i'm a bit more of a known

I know women (Cristamuse, Slim Virgin, just to name two) who deal with plenty

Actually, Sara, Slim Virgin is an admin:

And are you sure you’ve got the other username right?
Presumably Sarah means Cindamusehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Cindamuse

Fluffernutter,
That is a totally ridiculous comment to make.
Do I have to show you just how ridiculous it is by generating a list
