Well, this is something worth a double check then.
In the incubator release checklist document [1] it explicitly mentions "Do
release files have the word incubating in their name?", and we need to
clarify whether that means the tar file only or binary files inside also.
Checking the jars
The jars don't have to have incubating in the name, as far as I know.
The source release file (the tgz) has to but I think it is not
required elsewhere.
