Received several suggestions and found a wide range of prices (below and above
the standard Mouser/DigiKey).
I decided to pay with American Express, so, if any are a scam, I will be
covered and the hassle will not be that bad.
The example part I mentioned was SDM40E20LS-7-F …
Rather than going to dodgy vendors, I have been able to find a similar part
from a different manufacturer that meets my specs and is in stock at
Digikey.
Is there anything in the BAT series?

After using Mouser and Digi-Key for years I now see items with 11 months lead
times, so I am on the hunt to find others.
Now, people that do have the items in stock are charging outrageous amounts.
