I don't think SpamBayes is causing that. Try a Google search for
sbolext.dll.

The screen shot you sent was titled SpamBlockerError.jpg. The contents
appeared to be a message box whose title was Microsoft Outlook and
content included the path
C:\PROGRA~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\484~1.0\SBOLExt.dll. No mention of SpamBayes,
but the path is consistent with the title. Either you intended

Karen, I suggest that you look in Outlook for a junk mail folder that was
created by Outlook instead of Spambayes. If you find one, delete it. Then
when you click Delete as Spam (mine says simply Spam, the deletion
should work. But also, if your experience is like mine, SpamBayes won't do
anything
