Although... while I don't think we should encourage private data disclosure, if people want to discluse that data, I think it should be structured.
Therefor, I think global users should be Wikibase items on Meta https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T173145 This would allow people to expose data they are already exposing on their user page in a structured system.
