I sjbmitted an OCA for openjdk but I am only an occasional contributor
without any rights on openjdk repositories nor on JIRA.

Can anybody else manage the JEP process instead of me ? I can help writing
it but I prefer dealing with code than project management.

Ok it is not obvious.
Please send me links to the correct jep template I can fill in... and to
documents explaining the jep2 process.
