It was a mixture of Raygun-type design with art/fashion features along with some interesting articlers. It was run by a bloke called Ian Sen who's living in London now - there was talk he was putting together a further issue but nothing ever came of it afaik. I think he may have done some design work for Plus 8. There was no interview with Garnier in any of the issues. There was an interview with Richie Hawtin in one issue and another had an excellent article on UR by Kodwo Eshun. [There should be a copy of this in the archives from a couple of years ago].
