Scene here in Slovenia really started developing sometime in 94-95, with Matrix Musik (which was the first techno label in eastern europe), and than Absense & stuff. But people were producing stuff & Djing much earlier. Random Logic had their first track out in 92 on some compilation, they were also the first ones to get a deal on a foreign label (Black Label in 95), than came Umek & Absense stuff. I have to find some time and write a history of slovenian techno scene and put it on my page.
