Javier, something like a webring? But more global and dynamic in vision perhaps? We could apply the internet paradigm to the non-net......i mean the whole networked mentality.....besides online resources one could create an immense network of contacts, acts, distros, clubs, peoples, places etc....like the H/C DIY scene. This is a good idea javier, especially if it can move things in places where things like techno exist but are REALLY underground and their only surface counterpart is cheesy commercial dance...places like Italy, which has SO much to offer in terms of talent and punters.
