You could almost say that it represents Mills' take on a classic Detroit sound. Very hard to find. On vinyl through Axis. Also look out for If on Axis - with that jazzy scat/gospel vocal by Anna F, it's amazin'. (4) Metropolis "Mills has conceptualised his score in much the same way as he approached X-103's Atlantis, which recounted the myth of the ancient city sonically. Mills' Metropolis is surreal and subtle in its scope, as he turns techno into incidental music, manipulating the mood...
