In case anyone has missed this, Direct Beat has resurfaced as Direct Beat Classics. So far they've been re-releasing classics, though I think there are new productions in the pipeline too...
"YES WE WILL BRINGING ALL THOSE CLASSICS BACK" Website: http://www.detroitbassclassics.com/ (currently forwarding to:) https://www.facebook.com/directbeatclassicsus/ Discogs has the data on the first two releases: https://www.discogs.com/label/1393671-Direct-Beat-Classics I've collected these in the past, sold some at a terribly low prices and still have some of the original releases. I'm picking up each of these as they come out again anyway. There's also a the Aux box, DVD set featuring new music and interviews with the band and many other artists around the world. Not cheap, but then it's still kind of special. I haven't watched all the content yet, but it's very interesting and the CD is great too. There's also a little book too, which is cool. Such a great group really. So much to learn about. https://www.discogs.com/Aux-88-Our-AUX-Minds-Portrait-Of-An-Electronic-Band/release/7646090 Steve https://stevedbx.com/
