(Lurker here), I actually read a piece on this about the Black Madonna set
they added to the game a while back. For her they created a mission that,
when completed, would make her available to play your club, and you’d get
to experience the whole set in game, which was motion captured and recorded
live in Rockstar’s studios. Guessing this is the same thing. Thought they
were somehow doing live shows in game and got excited, but sadly it’s just
