Definitely go to Rotterdam -- short trainride south of A'dam. It's beautiful, quiet, and has great record stores. It's the home of Clone Records, one of the nicest record stores in Europe, and home of Clone Distribution. There are also several other record stores along the same street that are wonderful -- not all techno, but cool. I picked up all sorts of cool used records ...
