I will second this. I quite like the Southern Oupost stuff, but you may have difficulty finding it in store ssince it's Australian. There's really good electro from lesser-known artists up at http://www.mp3.com/station/313 But I think the Southern Outpost stuff is most similar to what you're looking for.
