It's some 80's industrial/synth group for sure...
It's a song called "Remember" by Gino Soccio. Great f**king track! And no, it's not an Industrial/Synth-Pop thing. Gino Soccio was part of what would be considered Italo Disco. However, he actually hailed from Quebec. I think it's from around '81 or '82. The Liasons track that Mills sampled has been widely used. Carl used it on BFC, but also more subtly on a 69 track whose name escapes me at the moment... maybe even on more tracks that he's done? Anyway, let me just say that Carl is a samplaholic! Most of his tracks are a whose who of classic samples, with a few exceptions such as Landcruising. Dare I say he's a thief... ? And a good one at that ;) -J --------------------------------------------- This message was sent via the Ulsternet webmail system. http://www.ulster.net --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
