In order:

1.  Downtown Detroit...on broadway.  1515 broadway.

2.  The structure is still standing, but hasn't been used for anything
that i know of.

3.  Don't know the history previous...probably just office space.

4.  The fabulous ruins doesn't address the site...because it is a "social
ruin" but not a "physical ruin."  There is still a nice club across the
street from it.

5.  The one story i could tell that everyone could appreciate is the time
a woman came in with a skirt up to her ass and tight as a drum made passes
at every man staring...and then then staring men realized her adam's apple
was a bit too big.
