i don't know what the original disco track is. but the piano hook and the
'thank ya' vocals are found on sweet d 'thank ya' on trax (tr119) from 1986.
i guess another chicago remake of a disco/funk/soul classic, like can't hide
from your love, love can't turn around etc.
