If anyone goes to Bruges.. wich is great.. much better than Brussels... then mail me.. I live 15 km from Bruges... Don´t go to have a party.. go for the "gezelligheid" (as in amsterdam) ...
Bruges is the cultural capital of europe for 2002. so If you like to do some stuff.. you can get info at any tourist office in the area.
