This first F * R * E * E * slice will focus on all forms of electro.

It's been a long time in the planning and we hope you like it:

Rob Euroh (courtesy of www.electroempire.com )

Rob was credited in 1999 with inventing a brand new scratching technique,
'The Euroh Scratch'. This is 2 faders at the same time with one hand Scratch
pattern that was used by Prime cuts of the Scratch Perverts to win both the
DMC World Team DJ Championship 1999, and the ITF World Scratching Category
Final the same year. This scratch appears for the 1st time on vinyl on Rob
Euroh's single for Blue Juice , on a track entitled (funnily enough!) "The
Euroh Scratch".

A veteran of the UK Hip-Hop scene, Rob is a multifaceted Exponent of
creative output. A 1st love of producing and DJ-ing electro, citing new
school producers such as Anthony Rother, Drexciya, Cisco Ferreira (the
Advent), Scape One, and Transparent Sound as current inspirations, then
producers such as Aldo Marin, Jerry Calliste, Lon Alonzo, etc, as old school
pioneers that most influenced him. Rob Euroh's sound is a mixture of the
hard-driving rhythms of the old school Classics such as "Al-Naafiysh" and
"We Come To Rock" with the pace of Miami Bass crossed with Detroit and early
European techno. Throw into the mix some fast-paced contemporary scratching
and you end up with a unique slant on modern-day Electro.

PLANT43

We are lucky that Bleep43.com's own technical lynchpin, and boss of web
design firm Plant43.com, Emile Facey also happens to be an experienced
musician, schooled in electronica. He will charge the evening up with a LIVE
ELECTRO SET. Expect half-an hour of brain-food that you can dance to.

Rebel Intelligence

West London's Lawrence and Simon from www.rebel-intelligence.com have been
putting on electro-orientated parties around the capital for over 4 years
now and are well-schooled in laying down the full range of the electro sound
on the dancefloor.

.spectraal

We are proud to welcome Rob G of the legendary East London-based Outlet
Collective as he brings his own unique brand of electro to the night's
proceedings.

Sqidbrik starts off the evening with a double tribute to the late James
Stinson and pioneers of electro, messrs Hutter and Schneider.
