Not a very popular term in Germany, Benno from sender played
me a new track he was working on in his studio and i mentioned
that i liked the micro-glitch samples in the track and he
looked at me like i had two heads. LOL.

Basically, "glitch" is music where the rhythms occasionally spaz out
completely, sometimes in very unsubtle ways and sometimes only slightly.
If you go into Smallfish and say "play me some glitch!", they'll throw
so many records at you you'll be spitting vinyl shards for months.

I guess glitch reference points are people like Pole and Kid 606, but I
think you get a bit of glitch in everything these days. I often refer to
Brandy's "What About Us" as glitch-R&B, for example. If R2-D2 and
Rashied Ali formed a percussive unit, it'd probably be a bit "glitch"
too!
