Well you have to be A Guy Called Gerald fan to make a comment like that. How can you downplay Exel? Especially people who lived through that era. The same goes for people who dismiss Richie Hawtin's contribution to techno. How can you say that after Technarchy? One of the biggest and most influential techno tracks of the early 90's?
