Im waiting for the new archos video player - all the same functionality as the
mp3 ones but also plays divxs, reads various memory cards and has a module so
that you can record video from any source.

:Speaking of ipod's, has anyone checked out the archos player/recorder. A
:friend of mine mail-ordered it from the U.S.
:
:It's an mp3 player/recorder, with a line in/out - digital in/out, + usb
:connectivity (if my memory is correct) and has a 20gig hardrive - all in
:the palm of your hand. We mainly use it for recording our club nites.
:Firmware for it is a bit shaky though, we've lost parts of the night
:sometimes, mainly because there are no compressors on it, so you really
:have to pay attention to your levels - among other things. ;)
:
:Cheers!
