thanks to everyones help. I think I may have fixed it some what.
I tightened the little screw on top of the carriage. it still does it a little but it is bairy noticable now and the record doesn't skip any more. little tech question. I think I may have tightened it to much to begin with? will the record skip if that is to tight? I tightened it ine whole turn at first, but it skipped bad so I backed it off to about 1/3 of a turn. scotto lansing, mi.
