all i've got to say to that is CANNONBALLLLLLL! the cannonball run went all night. =) obviously the carol marvin idea came up a lot. maybe kwame's got something to prove. i hear he's getting tired of the 'hip hop mayor' title. or maybe the police are just out to shoot themselves in the a$$ by ensuring that the 50% of festival attendees that come for the afterparties decide NOT to next year and let revenue generate itself.
