i would just love to know what was behind the decision to bring the gift of axis 'beach sandals' to the world. in australia 'beach sandals' are known as thongs, but i guess that might mean something else in the states.
i can't help thinking that jeff missed a chance to do a bit of promotion in the recent interview in the chaser when he was asked about the future of techno. instead of the answer he gave he could have said the future of techno was thongs. i mean it's meant to be about what you didn't expect, isn't it ? woof
