That is such bulls**t!!! I often use music magazines as a source of information and amusment. More importantly, when I first got into this music around 1995, Muzik was my bible. Sure, I had to learn to sort through the crap to find the stuff I liked, but I can't imagine how many amazing artists an albums I might have missed if it weren't for those mags. Your statement is just another example of list elitism, without any consideration for the millions of potential dance music fans out there who don't have the time to sit all day on an e-mail list (or more likely are turned off by the fact that in order to participate in this list you have to already know everything.) A magazine doesn't judge and it doesn't shout back if it doesn't like your opinions. Whoo-hoo!!! Another door has slammed shut. Not long now until we're all just enclosed in this little techno room with no way out and no one to talk to but each other. I believe Sartre refered to that as HELL.
