A technicallyt skilled dj is not a good dj, i don't care if a dj misses a beat as longs as the music is good.... Ben Sims choice of records is way to boring for me :)

The loop-based sets that Ben plays aren't really a good indication of his skills. His knowledge of electronic music is very wide and he is definitely one of the most technically skilled DJs on the circuit, but I agree that this doesn't make a whole set of loops very interesting. You should hear him play sometime when he's covering a broader range. It's incredible. http://www.bensims.com used to have some older mixes on it, including a 313-based one. Not sure if they're still up there...

A friend of mine goes on about him being one of the most talented DJs
in the UK too but when I heard him I also fell into a deep slumber

world won't stop me falling asleep

The cool thing about watching Mills spin is that the top half of his
body moves like a move sped up to twice speed, while the bottom half
of his body is dancing.
