Wow - almost sounds like it could be Ural 13 Diktators - they tend to like
the Hi-NRG sound and with all the stompy drums it does sound like Cossacks
dancing on the tables.

that was the single worst track ID i have ever heard.  i almost barfed all
over my monitor and keyboard when i heard it.  my guess would be User.
