I've been using a pair of M-Audio Studiophile SP5B's for the past 2 years and have no compalints. I always mixdown on them, and check my mixes on the home and car stereos. Whatever you do, just avoid home speakers. Your mixes will most likely sound like garbage when you listen to them on other systems.
