I'd definitely agree with this sentiment if it didn't cost close a thousand pounds when you factor in flights, hotels, etc! Not all of us are that wealthy, unfortunately :) It is indeed weird that a lot of the Detroit artists discussed on the list get far more bookings in Europe than in the US, and that people who live in the Detroit area are often hearing about artists from their local scene playing in cities like London, Berlin, Amsterdam, etc etc. But that's a separate subject, IMHO. Sounds like the Octave One night will be a good place to hold the Dutch celebration! :) Brendan
