I (begrudgingly) agree with agent bond.

Detroit first.. each other city has had a major influence in the past 15
years...london, berlin, Sheffield, cologne,  not forgetting
brussels....or wherever  fuse club was  and where r&s came from....

Oops sorry.

I argue it's detroit, and there's no 2nd city.
All the 2nd cities mentioned should be recognised in their own right for
their own vibe is my argument.
