I love Ritchie .
despite my bad naming .. his music . his intention
is so bold and clear '
what you say about SONAR is the most exciting news I have heard to date.

here in NZ . we have danced to the sound of a plastic fusion, on mud
ankle deep . the sound set seeping across the reality of unique

We are trying too dig deep. To uncover and reveal the potential of
the human form. Technology is absolute ' when you realize that your
imagination is the limitation of possibility ..
Last time Ritchie played in NZ, we did the sound system and my boss who
owned the equipment brought his hairdresser, because he knew this was
the most dynamic experience that he could ever expose her too.

Don't underestimate the understanding we have, hungry and young we are
demanding for in our acceptance.
Confused? Stand closer to the wind and listen to your heart.

What is the verdict on Ritchies Hawtin .. the reports from
his Mutek show last year were a bit confused.
I wasn't sure if people expected more ' or didn't realize
what they got ..
Mutek was a HUGE undertaking which may have gotten a little beyond the
capabilities of technology at the time. I know that the show has been
restructured to be more technologically adaptable. Rich will be opening
the SONAR festival in a couple months playing live with the Barcelona
Symphony Orchestra, if you have time before you have to make your
decision then maybe wait to hear about that?
Otherwise you could just contact him and see where his head is at about
it all.
