Entourage works fine with the current Digest as well.  In
the message window I see the From:/To:/Subject: headers,
and underneath those I see an "Attachments:" box that has all
the 313_NNNNN.ezm attachment "files"; but underneath that, in
the main window, appears the entire Digest, inline, and it
looks perfectly correct.

If Entourage can show Digests properly, there's no reason why
recent versions of Outlook shouldn't be able to (modulo Phred's
comments ;-) ).
