I know some of you read the deephousepage, but I thought I'd post this across as it's the most interesting thing I've read in ages.
I have never seen any of this info documented in a book or anything, and if you have an interest in the dance music of chicago in the 80's it's a must read. Fascinating brilliant blah blah, gotta love the internet etc. Info on parties called "the loft" in chicago, 1980, also some info on mr hardy before he left town (and famously returned to dj at the music box), records they played, dj's, even what they wore, how farley and chip e started out, incredible stuff. I spent an hour reading this last night and it was the most enjoyable thing i've read in a long time. http://deephousepage.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=23;t=017408 enjoy _________________________________________________________________ --------------------- End of message text -------------------- This e-mail is sent by the above named in their individual, non-business capacity and is not on behalf of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
