Motion is as Mislav mentioned and it is this same DFA as Klaas suggests. They have a website (http://www.surveillancerecordings.com) although it's a little minimal (hover over the left area). Forgot what the DFA stands for but it's on the record I believe.
Not really new, they will appear on the next version of "these new cats from Detroit."
