I gave this new mixalbum by R. Hawtin a few good listenings over the past few days and i do not know what to think of it. He did a great job in cutting, pasting, mixing, morphing and restructuring all the trakcs and putting them togeheter again But i cannot get rid of the feeling that it all sounds a bit dull and sometimes boring...i mean it just goes on and on in the same Tempo, and there's clicks, hicks and ticks everywhere but i do miss some peakpoint stuff...As said, great job in what he did and the way it's been put together but some more action would have made it more exciting for me.
Do some of u have any thoughts on this mix??? Martijn
