I don't believe that data. Are they classifying each individual track dl'd (say from iTMS) as a single even if it's normally part of an album? They must be.


I think they must be messing with it in some way. The thing is, maybe people are downloading 4 tracks from an album, or perhaps if they download just the single from the album, it gets counted as a single rather than as the whole album. It would be hard to get the figures exactly right since the old categories don't really translate one-to-one.
