Fair play Paul/Stewart/Haze - a bit of a coup innit? -----Original Message----- From: Paul Kendrick [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 03 July 2006 10:06 To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: (313) UR Party London Underground Resistance & The Outlet Collective present... 'INTERSTELLAR FUGITIVES 2: THE MOVIE' - European Premier - Exhibition : The Artwork of UR's Abdul Haqq - - Underground Resistance DJ Assault Squad - Special Guest: MATT CHESTER (11th HOUR RECORDINGS / FLASHPOINT) - DEBUT LIVE PERFORMANCE - Outlet Collective DJ Crew Friday 11th August 2006 - The Coronet Theatre, London, SE1 - Doors 9.30pm. Hot on the heels of the full release of their long awaited new LP, the richly diverse yet startlingly intent 'Interstellar Fugitives 2: Destruction Of Order', Underground Resistance are set to return to London for a fully-fledged UR party. Whilst being a rarity in itself, this particular event will not only see UR unleashing their finely honed blend of electronic warfare - music which to this day has them widely regarded as one of the most formidable forces to surface during the last 3 decades of electronic music - but maybe more intriguingly, exploring their increasingly eye-opening visual identity. We are also going to show, if all goes to plan, a Time Line live set (1 hour long) and a Mike Banks interview after the movies been on.... Should be good -----Original Message----- From: Dave Barnett [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 01 July 2006 15:20 To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: (313) Re: Blue Potential I purchased Blue Potential CD/DVD a couple of weeks ago, I also recently picked up the UR/galaxy 2 galaxy compilation. both the jeff mills project and the UR comp have restored my faith that there is still good techno being made. (Even though a lot of the tracks on the UR comp go back to the early 90's! it is still better than most of the rubbish passing itself of as techno these days). i know its preaching to the converted here on 313 but if you haven't seen the dvd or heard the cd check it out. looking forward to jeff's next dvd project. It would be cool if the UR guys could release a live dvd of Galaxy 2 galaxy project. dave ##################################################################################### Note: Any views or opinions are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Channel Four Television Corporation unless specifically stated.
