There was an edit of the Blade Runner Theme that came out about two years
ago that I rather like. It was on COW White and it was called 'Blade Runner
Theme (Re-edit)'. If you want to hear it, it's in this mix I did around the
time it came out: http://www.phonopsia.co.uk/EaglesTrump.htm. It's at about
the 1 hr 23 min mark though, so be patient if you try. :) I got it at
Piccadilly when it originally came out, and they've still got their blurb
although it's out of stock:
Prince - Kiss (Remix)
Hawkeye - Born
Vangelis - Blade Runner End Titles (Electrohawk Re-edit)
A strange one this. A three track white label from the USA featuring A) a
funked up 4/4 remix of Prince's classic "Kiss" by either Derrick Carter,
Peter Black or Markus Nickolai depending on who you believe, B) an original
electronic house piece by LA's Hawkeye and C) a re-edit of the "End Titles"
electro theme from 'Blade Runner' (or maybe of the Hypnosis Italo cover
version?). It's all good then, of course!
